The Cape Cod Sail and Power Squadron offers a variety of courses and seminars taught on Cape Cod by certified, experienced instructors using course material developed by the US Power Squadron.

If you are new to boating or looking to tune up your skills, enroll in one of the many courses starting with America’s Boating Course. If you’re looking for assistance in maintaining or operating your vessel, try our many seminars or elective courses. Click here for a list of upcoming Education events

Whatever your level of boating experience, Power Squadron has the course for you. Courses should be taken in sequence: America’s Boating Course, Boat Handling, Marine Navigation, Advanced Marine Navigation, Offshore Navigation, Celestial Navigation. Seminars or elective courses can be taken at any time. The Boat Handling course is not a pre-requisite to Marine Navigation. It can be taken at a later date via a series of seminars, a classroom offering or self study. Course Descriptions are here. Confused? Try “Where Do I Start”, on the national site.
